VP of Franchise Sales buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for all marketing activities related to Franchise sales including website, trade-shows, direct mail activities, etc.
Responsible for top line revenue, P&L, growth and number of brands.
Direct/oversee the franchise marketing function to include tracking marketing performance, ensuring proper lead flow and controlling marketing costs within an established budget.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods and cost and reports.
Manage Sales Team ensuring successful development of a Sales pipeline that turns into Franchise sales.
Establish and implement short and long-term goals for the sales and marketing team as well as objectives, policies, and operating procedures and hold them accountable.
Strong focus on brand growth with a strong focus toward the quality of contractors, their existing business/financial strength, credit history and a clear background. Ensures that only those who meet or exceed established criteria be allowed to attend company events and awarded our brands.
Responsible for all franchise disclosure documents ensuring accurate and timely changes and submissions within required deadlines.
Work with Sales team to ensure that all contracts are accurate and within franchise guidelines.
Coordinate with accounting department and outside financing companies to ensure that all financing processes are strictly followed.
Works with support department team leads and VP of Franchise Operations to coordinate working relationships between development staff and support.
Represent and promote the company at various trade-shows and business meetings.
Coordinate with VP of Training to ensure that all new franchisees are attending monthly trainings.
Perform executive interview calls with franchise candidates as part of sales closing process.

Requirements:
4 year degree or 10+ years of successful sales/operations career growth in a franchising and/or services environment (conversion franchise sales preferred).
Strong leadership characteristics and capabilities. Proven track record of sales results.
Ability to suggest and develop new programs and processes as well as successfully implement standardized best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Outgoing, multi-tasking personality with the ability to work within deadlines and changing priorities.
